Thank you for your interest in the Glanzmann's 360 study. Glanzmann's Thrombasthenia is an extremely rare and poorly understood disease. The aim of this survey is to understand the full impact that Glanzmann's Thrombasthenia has on all those affected by it. The results of the survey will be collected, analysed and used to write articles for medical journals. The survey contains some questions about who you are and then asks you to complete a series of questionnaires assessing impact of bleeding on your daily life.

Your answers to the questionnaires will not be seen by your clinician. If you have any symptoms or concerns about your health, please contact your GP or haematology clinic in the usual way.

The following questionnaire should take apprioximately 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you for your time in answering our questionnaire, we would like to enter you into our prize draw – we have we have £50 Amazon vouchers on offer to ten people. To be entered into our prize draw we need you to leave your email address.

We are also conducting interviews about how Glanzmann’s Thrombasthenia affects everyday life. Interviews (either face to face or by video call) should last no more than 60 minutes. The session will be recorded for later analysis. Those interviewed will be offered £100 for their participation.
